The Headlines:

In the role of Senior Marketing Manager working in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean you will be part of the Latin America Marketing team, where the number one priority is growing our core brands. This position is responsible for leading the commercial brand agenda for the market and to deliver best in class consumer communication and activation, demonstrate clear P&L strategies, and deliver a significant performance uplift.


This position reports to the Sr Marketing Director, LATAM and works closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams and will manage 2 direct reports.


The Responsibilities:

  • Manage the successful delivery and execution of your marketing plans, ensuring overall spend and performance transparency
  • Lead the development and tropicalization of the local market programming including collaboration with global brand directors, sales and customer teams to deliver high impact consumer communication, activation plans and selling tools.
  • Develop the digital strategy across all brands and oversee the digital execution including planning, media planning, content development as well as measurement and reporting.
  • Ownership of the portfolio strategy and local brand strategies supporting business growth ambitions and delivery of the LPR. Deliver Annual plans including comprehensive insights into the performance of the Brand (Market, Consumer, Shopper and Customer).
  • Take personal accountability for strong peer-to-peer internal relationships with the Sales, Pricing & Revenue and Supply Chain channels to collaboratively design channel strategies that unlock commercial (P&L) performance


The Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelors degree; Masters degree preferred
  • You have 7+ years of previous marketing experience with high-profile CPG brands; previous experience with beverage/alcohol/Premium brand experience is preferred
  • You possess strong knowledge and experience in the areas of brand portfolio management, executing brand strategies, marketing principles and techniques, marketing mix management, and creative promotion processes; strong digital/social knowledge and understanding the social landscape is preferred
  • You preferably are computer literate, including Excel and PowerPoint; likewise, it is preferred that you are fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • You possess strong project management skills and proof of delivery through a scale change initiative.
  • You have strong technical brand marketing skills and influence skills in dealing with key stakeholders
