 Travel Retail Account Manager, E&L APAC
Location:  Singapore (flexible)

Your Purpose the Molson Coors Beverage Company Global Travel Retail (GTR) growth strategy within APAC region, through a portfolio of existing and new distributors and retailers. Working with many customers, who each trade across multiple channels and countries, you will manage and optimize complex routes to market, whilst ensuring consumers get a brilliant experience of our brands.

You’ll be responsible for the P&L and all aspects of customer of interaction, building long term relationships to deliver targeted volume and profit growth. Using your knowledge of the Travel Retail sector, you will assist in the development and execution of the growth strategy for the channel. As a pan APAC role, it will involve significant international travel.


Some key responsibilities will include also:

Support in defining and implementing a clear, future proof, strategy for growing the customer base and overall business in APAC Travel Retail

•Developing an annual plan, with responsibility for P&L:

•Meet and exceed the budgeted volume, revenue, and  EBIT targets annually

•Planning and executing local trade marketing activities, in close cooperation with central marketing function

•Collaborating with various HQ’s departments (e.g. accounting, legal, marketing, supply chain, payments, reporting) in securing an efficient operation and a high customer/consumer service level

•Continuously reporting progress against set targets, and sales and cost estimates according to company schedule

•Continuously analyzing performance data, e.g. customer feedback, marketing ROI, sales volume development, etc.


If you have the following … we want to hear from you!

    University Degree or equivalent professional qualification

    At least 3 years of commercial experience (e.g., Area Sales Manager, Key Account Manager) within the beverage industry (preferred) or within FMCG/

   Travel Retail experience and knowledge of it’s channels;

   Entrepreneurial flair and breakthrough mindset

    Proven track of record  of selling, influencing & negotiation experience
•    Persuasive and influential communicator with ability to effectively interact in a cross-functional environment with all levels of management and oriented to find solution and achieve resultс. 

   You are fluent in English and at least one regional language
•    You put people first, and value our differences- everyone matters.

•    You are bold and decisive, using facts and principles to guide you to make decisions.

•    You take accountability, and shake every tree for success; your team and customers count on you, because you deliver.
