Your Purpose 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Brewing & Quality Manager to join our Supply Chain team.  This is a unique role that offers great opportunity to a Brewer who’s ready for a change and a new challenge in the international environment.

The role covers the APAC region so you will be required to travel to countries like Vietnam, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, Japan, China, etc. Expected travel ranges around 50% of the time.

Aligned to the Export and License vision and strategy, you will support our ambition to be the First Choice for our People, our Consumers and our Customers. The role will be responsible for all technical brewing and brewing quality matters relating to Export and Licence in APAC.  The primary purpose is the qualification and management of third-party brewers and raw materials suppliers in APAC region (for example Vietnam, Australia, South Korea, Japan) to produce Molson Coors brands. Also implementation of Molson Coors global brands and new product development across our partner network.  You’ll be accountable for technical management of third-party co-packers and transport providers and be the first point of contact for the Commercial team in case of a quality issue in an Export market. 

We need someone who will be proactively leading APAC’s continuous improvement in setting and meeting Molson Coors challenging quality standards, working both at the situational and systemic level with our partner breweries. 

You’ll accomplish this by translating the enterprise’s quality vision and strategy into winning tactics, through a process of engagement, building effective working relationships, effective influence, and application of relevant technical and operational experience.

About You
Sounds exciting, right?  As you can imagine, it’s an essential role within the team, so we really need someone passionate, who can demonstrate the following skills, experience, and behaviours: 

• Significant brewing experience with a diploma from an accredited Brewing school.
• Ideally, you are an industrial brewer with experience in a Quality department
• Since this is an international role, we need someone with cross-cultural experience who will be able to operate across international environment.
• Self-starter committed to continuous improvement and driven to achieving your goals. 
• We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who will be a reliable partner to our internal and external stakeholders and who will grow relationships with our brewing partners. An innovative problem solver and a strong decision maker. 
• You should have the ability to lead, coach, motivate, manage and develop production teams in our partner breweries. 
• Business level of English is required and because most of our partners are in Asian region, Chinese Mandarin, Vietnamese or any other similar language is prefered. 
• You are currently located and have right to work in either Singapore or South Korea
