Vacant role: Senior Business Development Manager South-East Asia, Export & License
Location: This role can flex working remotely from Singapore and requires up to 40% business travel for team and stakeholder meetings, project work and partner visit.

Reporting to Regional Sales Director APAC Export &License, below are key responsibilities and ways of working:
- Full accountability for developing the appropriate Route to Market (RTM) distribution strategy within the SEA region.
- Full responsibility for realising this RTM strategy, from initial contact through to developing sound business cases for launching/expanding our Molson Coors Portfolio.
- Optimise Volume, Revenue and Contribution targets through optimising value chains within the region with new business.
- Establish solid and trustworthy relationships with Partners, (Brewers, Importers, Distributors) within APAC geography in order to drive sales.
We need someone passionate, who can demonstrate the following skills, experience, and behaviors:
- University Degree: Business Management/Economics
- At least 10 years of experience in an international environment related to Sales Management, Business Development, Value Chain optimization and P&L management;
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence and build credible partner relationships.
- You can demonstrate the ability to manage multiple business opportunities and can manage through ambiguity with a winning mindset.
- Be able to evidence a strong understanding of the SEA beverage industry, with a solid platform of go-to potential customers, from corporate to more entrepreneurial business partners.
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs as budget owner.
- Persuasive communication skills and ability to effectively interact within a cross-functional matrix environment at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven and action-oriented with a proven ability to motivate others to achieve a successful outcome.
- Excellent Presentation Skills. Verbal and written business level English is required, additional South-East Asian languages are an advantage.
