Your Purpose:

Aligned to the Export and License vision and strategy, you will support our ambition to be the First Choice for our People, our Consumers and our Customers.

 

Your main purpose is to support all Export Projects from Supply chain perspective and to lead any project initiated by Supply chain.

You will also be accountable for the Supply Chain aspects of innovations, new stock keeping units (SKUs), new customer set up, budget control and execution, as well as the identification and delivery of Value Optimization Process projects for Export & License.

 

Moreover, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and operations planning process for Export & License and for the accuracy and timely submission of forecasts to production locations in the North America, Europe or APAC (where applicable for MC EMEA & APAC E&L).

 

About you:

  • You're experienced in logistics and have a minimum 2 years leading projects in a planning and/or supply chain role within the F&B or FMCG industries, in an international environment.
  • You put people first, you're able to build and maintain great relationships and you compliment this with excellent client (internal and external) management skills.
  • You are bold and decisive, you're able to demonstrate strong presentation and negotiation skills and can lean on your experience in leading cross functional project teams and your knowledge of project management principles. You’re able to determine priorities based on tasks vs targets to drive things forward.
  • You take accountability, you thrive in leading supply chain optimisation and supporting commercial projects, you’re flexible, adaptable and proactive in your approach.
  • You learn every day, you've gained good user knowledge and experience of MS Office, excel functions and Power Point presentations are not difficult for you.
  • You deliver results through people and celebrate success together with team members, across multiple functions
  • You have excellent communication skills, you have a strong appreciation of different cultures and are fluent in both verbal and written English.
