Your Purpose:
We have a fantastic opportunity for finance professional to join our international finance team as Reporting Manager.  This is a unique role that offers great opportunity in finance for someone who is ready for a change and a new challenge in the international environment.

The role has 4 direct reports in Czech Republic, Serbia and Croatia, so there is expected some travel to see the team, around 20% or the time.

 

Aligned to the Export and License vision and strategy, you will support our ambition to be the First Choice for our People, our Consumers and our Customers. The role together with the support of its 4 direct reports will be responsible for providing clear, timely and accurate financial analysis and giving insight into the results and forecasts of the Export & License (E&L) business to our Leadership Team and to Molson Coors Consolidation team in order to support operational and strategic decision-making. Reporting Manager is owner of the financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting process and driving the ZBB programme. The primary responsibilities include preparation, review, and commentary to support the financials of monthly standard reports (P&L).

 

Most importantly this Reporting Manager is leading 4 Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analysts, so team leadership is the most important part of this role taking around 60% of the time. You know how they say - the team is as good as its weakest link, so it is very important that you spend enough time with developing capabilities of your team to drive their performance and promote winning culture. 
 
About You
Sounds exciting, right?  As you can imagine, this is an essential role within the team, so we really need someone passionate, who can demonstrate the following skills, experience, and behaviours: 

  • You have background in any kind of finance field from accounting to reporting with finance degree qualification, knowledge of local and US GAAP
  • Analytic thinking, advanced Excel and continuous improvement of processes, systems or reports are close to your heart
  • Strong leadership skills are crutial for this role so we require that you have experience with leading a small team with ability to demonstrate how do you lead, coach, motivate, manage and develop your team
  • We are looking for someone with excellent communication and influencing skills, who will be comfortable with handling senior stakeholders of a director level 
  • Since this is an international role, we need someone open to cross-cultural experience who will be able to operate across international environment.
  • Self-starter committed to continuous improvement and driven to achieving your goals. 
  • Business level of English is required 
  • You are currently located in Serbia,Croatia,Czech republick, Romania or Bulgaria.
