The Marketing Manager will be responsible to deliver best in class consumer communication and activation, achieving brand and business objectives . Role requires strong technical brand marketing skills as well as influencing skills in dealing with key stakeholders. Strong project management skills and proof of delivery through a scale change initiative.



  • Develop the brand strategies (across all brands) and protect the brand roles ensuring strategic importance for MCBC brands in the partner portfolio.  Tropicalize consumer communication in line with global positioning and guidelines.
  • Ownership local brand strategies supporting business growth ambitions. Deliver Annual plans including comprehensive insights into the performance of the Brand (Market, Consumer, Shopper and Customer).
  • Development and tropicaliztion of the local market consumer communication  including collaboration with the regional marketing manager, sales and customer teams as well as the global brand team on occasion to deliver high standards of consumer communication, activation plans and selling tools.
  • Take personal accountability for strong peer-to-peer internal relationships with the marketing, Sales, Pricing & Revenue and Supply Chain channels to collaboratively design marketing and channel strategies that unlock commercial (P&L) performance
  • This person will have responsibility for aligning the brand activation with the partner organization and overseeing the execution and approval process for all brand activation across all consumer touchpoints in the market (ensuring brand execution aligns to global guidelines) to deliver on growth expectations. Manage the brand budgets effectively and accurately.
  • Manage the successful delivery and execution of your marketing plans, ensuring overall spend and performance transparency. Always able to produce a clear summary of the current situation for brand performance including opportunities and risks.



  • Previous beverage/alcohol/Premium brands experience in country preferred                       
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the areas of brand portfolio management, developing and executing brand strategies, marketing principles and techniques, marketing mix management, management of creative and promotion process       
  • Strong Digital/Social knowledge an understanding the social landscape
  • Experience working with distributions partners and achieved results through influencing and managing partner organizations                                         
  • Computer literate, including Excel and PowerPoint.                                    
  • Fully Bilingual English and Portuguese required, Spanish additionally preferred.      
  • Bachelors degree
  • 8+ years of previous marketing experience with high profile CPG brands  
  • Sales experience
  • CPG Marketing
