Position Overview:

This role is an expert in analytics and available HR data sources. Collates, processes and interprets data patterns and trends, creating engaging visualisations to bring the data story to life for senior stakeholders. Supports HR projects and program with people data, leads for continuous improvement of HR data quality, availability and reliability.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Works with EMEA & APAC HR leaders and their teams to identify data analytics requirements. Understands available reporting tools and provides expertise on data structures available for reporting. Proposes divisional scorecard design, leads for reporting efficiencies among regions/functions. Looks for synergies with NA team, constructs and delivers agreed set of HR dashboards for EMEA & APAC.
  • Prototypes data analytics solutions and provides training to our shared service center, HR Business Partner and COE teams to enable data self-service. Develops procedures, job aids and support materials.
  • Leads data governance and improvement across EMEA APAC, ensuring high quality, availability and reliability of data across all HR applications. Documents findings, identifies the root cause of issues and works closely with HR and GBS stakeholders to provide sustainable solutions for data maintenance.
  • Supports HR projects and process improvements with data expertise.
  • Manages and coordinates administration of HR Sharepoint sites and central job description depository. Manages position title and job catalogue structure.


Skills and Relevant Work Experience:

  1. Education - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent ideally in a systems/mathematical/statistical/engineering related field
  2. Strong analytical skills, with good experience of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate management information in visualisation tools such as Tableau or Qlikview.
  3. Skilled and experienced with Success Factors People Central reporting structures is advantage
  4. Highly skilled with MS Office, Advanced Level MS Excel / SQL.
  5. Good communication skills, fluent English, ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users clearly and concisely
  6. High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  7. Good organisational and project management skills
  8. Experience of operating with highly confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy
  9. Knowledge of HR processes and experience in an HR environment is preffered
