Your Purpose:


Your main purpose is to manage and administer our mobility program across EMEA & APAC. 50% of your role will be focused on mobility, both tactical and operational. You’ll be the POC for external mobility providers as well as internal stakeholders, tax providers, immigration providers, and anyone involved in international or domestic relocation support. You’ll advise on what the movers will be eligible for, answering queries, solving supplier issues and monitoring performance along with approving the provision of services, and you’ll be coordinating projects and working with HR Operations and Finance, as well as international colleagues.


The other 50% of your role will focus on providing rewards consultancy for central teams and our business in India.


There will be an opportunity to get involved in projects and your first challenge will be to start planning for annual compensation plan (salary and bonus) in autmn. In future, working on a digital benefits platform or planning are examples of potential projects.


About you:


  • You’re experienced in international mobility and this has been the focus of your current or previous roles, you have a general knowledge of rewards processes, e.g. Annual Compensation Planning, bonus plans, flexible benefits (although this is not essential)
  • You put people first, you’re able to communicate with tact and diplomacy in sensitive situations. You’ve proven you can build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external suppliers
  • You are bold and decisive, you’re not afraid to tackle difficult problems and take a course of action for example, approving the provision of services or advising of what movers are or are not eligible for   
  • You take accountability, you’re not fazed by ambiguity, you’re a self-starter, proactive and you know what you need to do, and you get it done to deliver the results
  • You learn every day, you actively pursue self-improvement and you’ll be happy in a role where you’ll be encouraged to enhance your knowledge and skills through attending webinars, workshops and conferences to become an expert in your field.
  • You have strong influencing & negotiation skills and you deliver results through people. You celebrate success together with your internal and external stakeholders and movers within the business
  • You’re fluent in both English and you’re able to demonstrate your ability to communicate effectively at all levels both within the organisation and externally
