Oversee the execution of all major retail promotions and trade marketing programs by channel according to the approved regional brand plan. Participate actively in decision making process for the region in regard to pricing strategy and target account base for promotions.

Acts as the first contact point for the distributor, feeding back any customer service or logistical issues to theCountry Manager and helping to resolve them. Also seek and develop local initiatives to share to our Regional Marketing Manager

Responsible for working with the distributor to prepare the monthly market report which contains all of our key distribution, pricing & execution data.

Works with the distributors field sales team to manage our commercial program which is about segmenting accounts (Gold, Silver, Bronze) and ensuring we have visibility within them as per our agreed "picture of success" for the market. Assists as required in other commercial programs such as new distribution drives, or presentations to key customers to gain listings.

Develops an in-depth expertise of the market place and understands who our distributor’s key customers are and makes our distributors aware of any opportunities within them. Assists in the annual operating planning process, working with the CM to prepare plans for the year ahead.

Responsible for tracking and informing performance of MCBC brands' sales and Trade marketing activities in the market, as well as actions from competitors and relevant consumer insights.

Takes responsibility for specific marketing programmes as agreed between the CM and the distributor (for example the placement, merchandising & tracking Coolers)

3-5 years of sales and/or marketing experience

Proven experience working with CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) brands

Fully bilingual in English and Portuguese (required); Spanish proficiency preferred

Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently in a disciplined, results‑driven environment

Demonstrated experience in field team leadership, coaching, and performance development

Proven capability in key account and regional account management, with full working knowledge of Paraná, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro markets

Hands‑on experience with trade marketing and in‑store execution

Expertise in territory management and route‑to‑market strategies
-
Experience managing distributors and wholesalers
-
Strong track record in performance management and KPI tracking
-
Experience in sales forecasting and demand planning
-
Proficiency in pricing strategy, promotion planning, and margin management
-
Ability to conduct ROI analysis for trade promotions
-
Computer literate, including Excel & PowerPoint

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: R$217,300.00 - R$285,200.00 (posting salary range) + % target short term incentive
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
