Your Purpose

 

This position takes responsibility for executing the Molson Coors Beverage Company Global Travel Retail (GTR) growth strategy within EMEA region, through a portfolio of existing and new distributors and retailers. Working with many customers, who each trade across multiple channels and markets, you will manage and optimize complex RTMs, whilst ensuring consumers get a brilliant experience of our brands.

 

Responsible for the P&L and all aspects of customer interaction, building long term relationships to deliver targeted volume and profit growth as well as to maximize Molson Coors brand awareness to strengthen our global footprint.

 

Using your knowledge of the Key Account Management and GTR sector, you will contribute to the development and execution of the growth strategy for the channel. This role will involve significant international travel.

 

About You

 

Ideally, you’ll be an established sales Account Manager from within the FMCG sector.  Knowledge and experience of the travel retail sector would be ideal, but not essential.

  • You are bold and decisive, you’re able to combine strong selling, influencing & negotiation experience with entrepreneurial flair and breakthrough mindset. You’re a great networker with the ability to motivate a 3rd party to execute brilliantly a business plan 
  • You take accountability, you combine your ability to build and shape a strategic commercial agenda and think creatively about defining a new way forward. You follow up through your autonomous and proactive working style
  • You learn every day, through your prospecting and networking activities you’ll build a complete picture of the EMEA market, and you’ll contribute to the overall business strategy, through interpreting and reporting on regional data
  • You are collaborative, action oriented, tenacious, enthusiastic, and flexible mindset. You deliver results and celebrate success together with your team
