The Headlines:

In the role of Brand Manager (LATAM – Coors, Blue Moon, MGD) working in Miami, you will be part of the will be part of the LATAM Brand Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the long-term sustainable growth for Coors, Blue Moon, and MGD brands in Latin America as well as the development of the brand’s strategy by providing customer communication, promotional programs, trade tools, and utilization of proven packaging innovations.


This position reports to the Director of Brand Marketing LATAM and works closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams.


The Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Long Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan for the portfolio of brands in consultation with the regional LATAM Marketing teams and global Brand team, ensuring that all brand programs and tools help meet the volume and financial goals of the brand
  • Consult with regional and country marketing leads to develop Brand programs not included in global toolkits
  • Educate and influence the thinking of the global lead team to ensure the Brand Identity Model and provide clear direction on programming, promotions, and POS strategy to fit brand needs
  • Stay informed on brand trends, key strategies, and best practices, and ensure consumer tracking studies are in place in core brand markets to meet the needs of the global brand scorecard
  • Develop and build white space opportunities that align with portfolio strategy
  • Lead and manage the work of the brand’s agencies and other providers of marketing services ensuring the optimization of marketing investment
  • Provide clear direction and demonstrate leadership while managing and executing defined programs
  • Achieve volume, profit, and brand health targets while driving execution across all elements of the marketing mix


The Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelors degree; Masters degree preferred
  • You have 7+ years of previous marketing experience with high-profile CPG brands; previous experience with beverage/alcohol/Premium brand experience is preferred
  • You possess strong knowledge and experience in the areas of brand portfolio management, executing brand strategies, marketing principles and techniques, marketing mix management, and creative promotion processes; strong digital/social knowledge and understanding the social landscape is preferred
  • You preferably are computer literate, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • You can travel 30-40% of the time.
  • To further your career in the organization, future mobility will likely be required.
