The Headlines:   

In the role of Field Sales Coordinator working in Mexico City you will be part of the MCBC Mexico Team.  You will be responsible for a key geographic region in Mexico representing our MCBC brands.

 

This position reports to the General Manager Mexico and works closely with our Regional Trade Marketing Manager to influence and lead additional support from the local marketing and sales team and our business partner, Heineken Mexico.

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Assist and influence Heineken’s Local Team to develop MCBC Brands in the market, mainly driven by direct negotiation to allocate and follow up KPI’s at all levels, such as Volume, Distribution & Execution
  • Oversee local execution of MCBC plans, serving as the brand(s) ambassador and main connection to share local opportunities and needs between Heineken’s Local Team to MCBC Marketing Team and Heineken’s Brand Team
  • Oversee the execution of all major retail price promotions by channel according to the approved regional brand plan
  • Seek and develop new local initiatives to share to our Regional Trade Marketing Manager for a formal request of BME to Heineken’s Brand Team
  • Ensure MCBC portfolio availability and correct footprint by constantly reviewing forecast and assortment opportunities with Heineken Local Team
  • Identify top local chains and accounts needs to leverage MCBC relevance
  • Responsible for tracking and informing performance of MCBC brands sales and Marketing activities in the market, as well as actions from competitors and relevant consumer insights
  • This role will influence the Heineken organization to secure additional (non-centralized) funding and spaces in support of MCBC business development, building a local plan to enhance our portfolio role locally

 

 

The Other Qualifications: 

  • Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in business or marketing preferred
  • 3-5 years of previous sales and/or marketing experience with CPG brands
  • Previous beverage/alcohol/Premium brands experience in country preferred                        
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the areas of brand portfolio management, developing and executing brand strategies, marketing principles and techniques, marketing mix management, management of creative and promotion process                         
  • Experience working with distributions partners and achieved results through influencing and managing partner organizations                                                       
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
