The Headlines:   

 

In the role of Customer Service and Logistics Lead APACA, you will be responsible for a broad range of responsibilities to include the key areas of customer service, supply planning, distribution management, 3PL management, and logistic procurement.  The role will engage with cross-functional partners for both strategic and operations planning and will be responsible for planning and implementing key operations strategies, processes efficiency and tactics to support the sales organization’s achievement of business goals. Responsibility to identify and help analyse key areas highlighted within the supply chain to enable service improvements and cost reductions, whilst effectively managing risks.The key focus of this position are:

  • Supply planning and distribution governance among APACA
  • Inventory management and stock control
  • Logistic cost management and 3PL management
  • Develop and execute customer service and logistic strategies
  • Order management and customer service
  • Team building and talent development

The Other Qualifications –      

  • over 15+ years experience in the logisitics/SC industry
  • Experienced in supply chain / logistics management and financial accumen
  • International exposure, cultural sensitivity
  • Fluently speak, read, and write in English
  • Strong influence and communication skills - demonstrated ability to influence with and without authority.
  • Strong leadership qualities to drive performance
  • Self starter
  • Experienced working in or with international organizations
  • Demostrated ability to set the agenda and working in a matrix organization
  • Experienced with logistical management within the manufacuring sector
  • Experienced with import and export business
  • Bachelor Degree in business or Diploma in logistics required
  • Master Degree in business or SC preferred
