The Headlines:   

 

Growing our core brands is the number one priority across Molson Coors. The Sr. Marketing Manager will be responsible for to lead the commercial brand agenda for the market and deliver best in class consumer communication and activation, demonstrating clear P&L strategies delivering a significant performance uplift . Role requires strong technical brand marketing skills as well as influencing skills in dealing with key stakeholders. Strong project management skills and proof of delivery through a scale change initiative.


 
 

The Responsibilities: 

 

  • Manage the successful delivery and execution of your marketing plans, ensuring overall spend and performance transparency
  • Ownership of the portfolio strategy and local brand strategies supporting business growth ambitions and delivery of the LPR. Deliver Annual plans including comprehensive insights into the performance of the Brand (Market, Consumer, Shopper and Customer).
  • Develop the digital strategy across all brands and oversee the digital execution including planning, media planning, content development as well as measurement and reporting
  • Take personal accountability for strong peer-to-peer internal relationships with the Sales, Pricing & Revenue and Supply Chain channels to collaboratively design channel strategies that unlock commercial (P&L) performance
  • Lead the development and tropicaliztion of country specific programming  including collaboration with global brand directors, sales and customer teams to deliver high impact consumer communication, activation plans and selling tools.
  • Attracts, leads, manages, and mentors employees in such a way to ensure retention, development, and superior performance of talent

 

 

The Other Qualifications:       

  • Bachelor’s degree  or 7+ years of marketing experience with high profile CPG brands  
  • Fully bilingual English and Spanish
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the areas of brand portfolio management, executing brand strategies, marketing principles and techniques, marketing mix management, management of creative and promotion process
  • Experience collaborating with sales on implementation of retail based marketing programs
  • Previous beverage/alcohol/Premium brands experience preferred      
     
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the areas of brand portfolio management, executing brand strategies, marketing principles and techniques, marketing mix management, management of creative and promotion process
  • Computer literate, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong Digital/Social knowledge an understanding the social landscape                             
  • Experience working with different cultures, diverse teams and leadership and has international experience
  • Highly developed interpersonal and influencing ability, proven negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and approach to business
  • Demonstrated success in a matrix style organization
