In the role of Country Manager Puerto Rico working in Puerto Rico you will be part of the LATAM team. You will lead the implementation and optimization of the assigned countries route to market (*RTM) to maximize NSR and profitability including developing and delivering growth for the business in the Military and Local Market. You will also be responsible for achieving beneficial category growth, delivering results and building long term relationships with distributor, key partners and key accounts

 

This position reports to General Manager Mexico and Puerto Rico and works closely with the US-based team and market-based finance teams.

 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations 
  • You will be responsible for the development and deployment of sales strategy within the regional strategic framework (AOP) to capture the business potential of markets
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing creative, practical, and profitable solutions and alternatives to promote sales growth, and business development in all consumer contact points for all distribution channels
  • You will lead the development and flawless execution of the annual business plan for the region setting financial targets, designing the appropriate business strategies and tactics as well as assessing potential risks and opportunities from a financial, commercial and supply chain perspective

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance OR equivalent experience (10 years) in the field of sales, marketing and business development

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings$101,900.00 - $133,800.00 (posting salary range) + target short term incentive + $12,500 + 400 Non-Qualified Stock Options target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
