The Headlines:    

This position is responsible to Promotes relations with distributor by providing support in promotional activities and crew drives as well as strengthens customer relations and provides service to accounts by performing monthly periodic visits to special accounts and bar managers.  Directly responsible for addressing customer concerns and advising management on possible solutions.


The Responsibilities: 


  • Conducts weekly marketing surveys on client and non-client accounts during On Premise Crew Drives.  Advises management on prospective accounts on a weekly basis
  • Management region budget for MCI portfolio.
  • Make weekly presentation for sales results in his area after analyzed information from the tablet.
  • Advises management on results of clients promotional events by supervising weekly events on the assigned agenda and provides written reports.  The B.A also advises management on promotional efforts, strategies, and results of competitive brands by attending one weekly competitive event.  Provides information on weekly report.
  • Progressive responsibilities include direct negotiations to sponsor happy hours and special promotions.
  • Proactively participates in staff meetings with information and suggestions
  • Visit most important account in the off-premise segment and military store.
  • Integrate  Distributor’s Promotions, Sales & Marketing Departments
  • Submit recommendation for CAPEX equipment (cooler, Badging)
  • Discuss with area manager in 1x1 portfolio development, opportunistic, and result.
  • Progressive responsibilities include direct negotiations to sponsor happy hours and special promotions.
  • Proactively participates in staff meetings with information and suggestions



The Other Qualifications:  


  • Associate Degree or College Degree desirable
  •    Bilingual (Preferred but not required)
  •    Heavy Truck Driver’s License
  •    Capable of drafting reports and other business communications
  • MS applications techniques, marketing mix management, management of creative and promotion process
  • At least two years experience in Promotions. Liquor and/or beer industry exposure preferable
  • Experience collaborating with sales on implementation of retail based marketing programs
  • Provides leadership and strong capability development
  • Operates efficiently and effectively in a trade
  • Demonstrates effective influence & collaboration without formal authority
  • Able to translate theory into strategy and strategy into actionable plans to the distributors and clients
  • Good communication skills with clients
