Reports to:  Innovation and Insights Director CEE

Indirect (dotted line) reports: yes

 

Your Purpose:

Lead creation of insights strategies and plans for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and facilitate implementation of all insight’s projects in CEE countries. All to be done in cooperation with Division Insights team, and all with the end goal of having research and getting most relevant insights in CEE and making sure we get the best value for our budgets spent.

Position will be helping significantly CEE decision making on brands and commercial strategies that will drive our top line growth, through all the insights gathered across the all CEE markets.

 

What you will do:

  • Working with the Division Insight lead, define the structure within which we learn what we need about our consumers’ current and emerging behaviours. Identify new, leading edge research methodologies that deliver quicker, lower cost insight than the competition to turn this area into a clear competitive advantage;
  • Create an insight community in CEE that shares and learns from each other. Develop a learning loop to ensure that where insight-driven action is taken, we learn from the outcome, be that success or failure;
  • Inform CEE Leadership team about most relevant category and business insights that will drive our strategy and decision making. Guide local insights teams;
  • Support brand and innovation teams in developing brand strategies and innovation strategies for CEE. Work with Innovation team in order to assess the opportunities for initiatives that will shape our Innovation strategy and are leading Design Thinking process in CEE;
  •  Work with brand teams in order to define Consumer Led Strategies, Brand Profile and Big Ideas, evaluate Brand Health and all other Research data, help them to define Brand Growth Principles, help with Brand Challenge Identification, Lead Brand efficiency of spend assessments;
  • Negotiate all research agencies centrally with the help of procurement and guide local markets what research needs to be done, how and with who.

 

 

About you:

  • You are a strong Insight professional with proven experience not less than 10 years in research and insights with clear understanding of FMCG/Beverage market, and you hold a University Degree in Marketing or equivalent as well.
  • You are able to demonstrate skills related to relationship building to engage both the insight community and the wider business as well as a track record of establishing new methodologies to learn faster and make insights more actionable.
  • You are fluent in English both verbal and written.
  • You are technical oriented and confident virtual presenter, with senior project & people management and analytic data analyses skills.
  • You are available for replacement until the job owner return from childcare leave
