Your Purpose:

Lead creation of innovation strategies and plans for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and facilitates implementation of all innovation projects under the CEE brands portfolio, in cooperation with local and group marketing and technical/supply chain teams, and under supervision of Innovation and Insights director for CEE, all with the end goal of contributing significantly to CEE’s overall top line growth plans.

Responsible for delivery of key KPIs, namely innovation incremental sales on regular basis, ensure clarity of numbers, visibility and precision in business cases planning and evaluate BCs from all innovation projects on CEE level.


What you will do:

  • Develop full (packaging, product and dispenses) renovation and innovation ideas for CEE and manage the full CEE innovation funnel;
  • Guide local markets in creating their LRP innovation plans and yearly innovation calendars and secure their timely implementation and excellent execution;
  • Lead CEE START process from strategic set up and process improvement to monthly projects governance and clear monthly/quarterly/yearly recommendations which projects to launch and which to stop and why;
  • Monitor and follow up performance of innovation vs. business cases/targets and act accordingly in order to initiate corrective actions to improve results;
  • Define and own Innovation Big bets on a regional level. Develop CEE Innovation launch support toolkits, share project information across countries (best practice exchange) in order to maximize implementation of projects across MCE markets.



About you:

  • You are a strong Marketing professional with proven experience not less than 5 years in marketing and/or innovation management with clear understanding of European beer market, and you hold a University Degree in Marketing or equivalent as well.
  • You are able to demonstrate project management experience, strong communication skills, strong analytical skills, full understanding of market research, brand positioning, marketing mix development and supply chain basics;
  • You are fluent in English both verbal and written.
  • You are technical oriented and confident virtual presenter, with senior project management and analytic data analyses skills.


  • You put people first, you’ve proven your ability to operate and influence effectively across different cultures demonstrating flexibility of style and communication skills. You are a team    player, diplomatic and adept in dealing with energetic and demanding clients within tight timelines and with many cultures.
  • You are bold and decisive, you’re not phased by working across different jurisdictions and you can use your ability to coach and train the rest of the team, generating followership and buy in from commercial colleagues.
  • You take accountability, you are a creative problem solver with a high level of motivation, you excel in an autonomous and proactive working environment.
