Your Purpose:

Your challenge will be to design & implement the strategy, tools & resources for D&I across EMEA/APAC. You will ensure D&I is threaded seamlessly into relevant programs and processes across the division and you’ll create strong thought leadership around the relevance and importance of D&I for Molson Coors.


About You:


  • You have significant experience in D&I partnering roles for large organisations with a proven track record of delivering practical solutions to support the D&I agenda in large companies
  • You’re also experienced in either talent management, development or progressive HR business partnering;
  • You put people first, you’ve proven you can build and maintain strong relationships with your team members, and you can demonstrable your ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts to create best in class learning opportunities.
  • You are bold and decisive, You’re a highly capable strategic thinker with a strong understanding of D&I best practice. You understand employee engagement and are a credible communicator, able to distill complex areas into simple action plans.
  • You take accountability, you’re a self-starter who wants to get stuck in, roll their sleeves up and get stuff done, it doesn’t matter to you if the processes are not yet fully developed, you expect that when joining a new team; you’re flexible, hardworking and tenacious.
  • You learn every day, you’re not afraid of ambiguity, you’re naturally curious, and can utilise your ability to interpret data and insight, to translate into and deliver practical solutions in D&I strategy for deployment in large businesses from scratch.
  • You are collaborative and supportive, a great team player, and you understand the importance of delivering results through people; you celebrate success together with your direct team and your key stakeholders
