As brand manager you will join a new team that is charged with leading this, you will design, develop and execute to re-define its future.

Your Purpose:

In your role you will be developing brand growth drivers and facilitating brilliant execution with the country teams. You’ll manage several workstreams, including the management of social and digital activity and in outlet, in partnership with external digital agencies and key country teams. You will ensure it is hugely relevant to our target consumers in every one of our key countries and highly visible in every outlet.

 

You will own delivery of key parts of the brand plan, from analysis to creation to deployment, via toolkits, to evaluation. You’ll forge relationships with the country teams in Europe, South Africa, South America and Canada, summarising brand performance and identifying future growth opportunities.

 

Your role will be based in the UK.

 

About You:

  • You’re a brand manager, who can clearly demonstrate proven experience in leading E2E creative projects in print, digital and/or experiential brand marketing.
  • You are social media savvy, you know where to be, where not to be, and know the financial impact of your brands’ social media presence.
  • You put people first, you build excellent relationships with both internal and external team members, and you utilise your influence and the ability to frame and clearly communicate with multiple stakeholders to make things happen
  • You are bold and decisive, you bring fresh ideas and thrive in an environment where new ideas need to be brought to the party to connect with the audience - influencers, partners, mvp etc
  • You take accountability, as well as developing strategy / marketing assets - channel execution, you take the lead in building / revitalising a brand, demanding higher standards and leading best practice management
  • You learn every day, leveraging your strong ability to analysis data and trends, analyse brand performance, and bring rational using quantitative and qualitative data, helping you assess consumer opportunities
  • You are collaborative and supportive, and you understand the importance of delivering results through people; you celebrate success together with both internal and external teams, and your key stakeholders
