Reports to: Portfolio and Innovation Manager CEE

Direct reports: This role will have no direct reports

 

The purpose of this position is to lead for better understanding of consumers, customers, categories, and the broader business environment in order to build sustainable long-term strategies, identify opportunities, and establish strong strategic partnerships and world-class

activations. The role collaborates with divisional insights team, regional brand and commercial teams to embed the consumer voice into the CEE insight strategies and plans and facilitates implementation of all insights projects in CEE countries. Responsible for designing, executing and analysing research that supports impactful business decisions. The role requires strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, working closely with regional, local and global insights teams across markets and categories to translate data into actionable insights.

 

More about your role: 

  • Lead the CEE research strategy to deliver powerful insights that drive brand, portfolio and category growth
  • Manage partnerships with top research agencies and develop in-house tools that enable faster and more effective decision making
  • Define research priorities aligned with business objectives and ensure insights inform core strategic processes (AOP, LRP, portfolio strategy, innovation pipeline)
  • Lead key strategic projects across the region
  • Manage relationships with external partners by shaping scope of work, validating methodologies, facilitating operational plans and evaluating and improving deliverables
  • Support the innovation pipeline with concept validation, product testing and market opportunity sizing
  • Ensure clear and accurate reporting for senior management in CEE/EMEA&APAC and continuously create and improve tools that will provide easy access to information for all managers across the region

 

This role is crafted for you if have:

  • University degree - ideally with a specialization in Marketing or Psychology
  • 4+ years of experience in insight and consumer and market research practice is requirement, includin Retail Data ( Nielsen Discover) analysis and understanding
  • International insights experience within beverages or FMCG will be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to understand existing research methodologies and develop new, fit‑for‑purpose approaches
  • Strong drive to maximize the value and impact of our insight investments
  • Challenge the status quo – ensuring we lead the category in identifying and responding to emerging consumer trends rather than confirming what we already know, with an open‑minded approach to evolving consumer and customer needs.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to transform data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong influencing and relationship‑building skills, able to engage both the insights community and the broader business effectively
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Problem solving skills and solid business acumen
  • Advanced English is a must
