Solution Designer

This position will work with Space Analysts and Category Managers and IT department to build on efficiencies and capabilities in order to help establish MillerCoors as the space management thought leader for the beer category.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop tools and processes to improve efficiency,  accuracy, and effectiveness
• Act as the subject matter expert and ensure technical specification reflects accurately the business requirements
• Prep and process data to support project requests
• Staff and answer all support requests from distributors or MolsonCoors system
• Manages all elements of space databases, product libraries and image directories and requirements

KEY SKILLS

• Familiarity in object oriented programming preferably C# (required for JDA 9.1)
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL queries
• Exceptional data management and analysis skills, with emphasis on data preparation for analytics
• Has a comprehensive knowledge of, and proficiency in several technology areas including hardware and software
• Proficient in resource planning, including analyzing requirements, resource estimation and allocation
• Results driven, and able to collaborate with management and colleagues to share the responsibilities for achieving an end-to-end solution for customers
• Good planning and organizational skills, including ability to engage with multiple projects concurrently and work to tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail which ensures that customer requirements are met and that a high quality standard is achieved
• Combines functional competence with business and commercial awareness and strong communications skills
• Self-motivated and willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done
• Has a proficienct knowledge of, and photo editing software, Corel, Adobe
• Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards
