This role is responsible for managing each of Molson Coors key and strategic IT Service Delivery Providers ensuring adherence to the global configuration management process and ITSM tool platform management.  This is a member of ITIL process team responsible for both technical and process management aspects of MCBC ITSM tool.

 

Given this role is part of a global team, the work schedule will be between 11:30 – 20:00

 

Your day-to-day will include:

 

  • Ensuring Adherence to Process and Best Practices/Standards – Define, govern, and enhance ITIL based Configuration management processes and ITSM tool best practices/standards in Molson Coors
  • Ensuring Process Execution Quality - Coordinate across IT and service providers the operation of the process and best practices/standards, processes and best practices/standards are followed correctly, ensure prompt & accurate execution of key ITIL processes and process and best practices/standards execution is consistent with established standards
  • Ensuring Process Relevance and Effectiveness - Investigates execution and ensures adherence to processes and best practices/standards. Identifies issues with execution, reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of the controls. Ensures the design of the processes remain fit purpose and aligns with the business and follow industry best practices
  • Managing each of Molson Coors key and strategic IT Service Delivery Providers ensuring adherence to the global configuration management process and ITSM tool platform management. This is a member of ITIL process team responsible for both technical and process management aspects of MCBC ITSM tool

 

Your skills and qualifications:

  • ServiceNow platform management experience: 4 years
  • Experience in configuration management process and ServiceNow management: 2 years
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, JSON, and other scripting languages
  • Experience leading ServiceNow upgrade

 

Preferred:

  • ITIL Foundation
