The Senior Solution Designer for Supply Chain & Enabling (SCE) domains will focus on specific applications and business processes and is working in Bucharest, Romania,  as part of the North American IT Solution Delivery team. The role is responsible to design and develop solutions, and is actively engaged in software development & configuration, taking a product through the entire lifecycle of analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate closely with the Warehousing, Maintenance, communities within MCBC to understand business challenges and help translate requirements into SAP-standard, scalable solutions.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of functional documentation, such as Business Process Procedures (BPPs), configuration rationales, functional designs, and test scenarios.
• Assist in SAP EWM and SRM configuration, execute functional unit testing, and support integration and user acceptance testing under guidance from senior designers or architects.
• Participate actively in design, build, test, and deployment phases of SAP S/4HANA projects, working within cross‑functional and global teams.
• Support issue analysis, root cause identification, and solution validation to help drive stable warehouse and store room operations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners through written and verbal updates.
• Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn while working in fast-changing business and technology environments. 

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• 4+ years of SAP experience, with hands-on exposure to SAP EWM, Store Room Management (SRM), Inventory Management (IM), or Logistics Execution.
• Participation in at least one SAP implementation or major rollout, involving SAP EWM and/or S/4HANA, across design, testing, and deployment phases.
• Foundational experience in SAP EWM configuration and process support EWM S/4 Hana with exposure to integration to SAP and Non-SAP platforms.
• Exposure to integration concepts between EWM, S/4HANA core, and external systems (e.g., automation, MHS, or third‑party applications) is a plus. 
• English Language: Advanced

Preferred:

• Strong interest in developing expertise in SAP S/4HANA, EWM innovations, and SAP Fiori–based user experiences, with exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience in Beverage or Consumer Products industries is a plus.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP PM (for SRM integration), SAP SD, Procure‑to‑Pay (PTP), SAP TM, or ABAP (functional awareness) is a plus
