The Senior Scrum Master will collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders around the world, including Business Partners, Product Owners, technical professionals, Project Managers and Management functions, to run software development projects across multiple teams, achieve program level objectives, deliver business benefits, ensuring that risks are identified and managed appropriately during project execution and that objectives are achieved within budget & time and with the required quality.

 

The Senior Scrum Master will lead and coach multiple self-organizing and self-managing teams in applying and optimizing Agile and will mentor other Scrum Masters in developing their facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving skills, to improve team performance and effectiveness across the project portfolio.

 

The Senior Scrum Master will also lead and contribute the continued evolution of Agile/Scrum methodology within the organization, driving the adoption and scaling of Agile practices across new teams, and acting as an escalation point for impediments that cross team and organizational boundaries.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and track Agile and Delivery health metrics at a program level 
  • Standardize Agile practices, templates, and metrics across multiple teams to ensure consistency
  • Identify recurring cross-team impediments and drive root-cause process changes, not just one-off fixes
  • Assesses agile maturity of the team and coaches to team to reach higher levels of maturity and to continuously improve.
  • Lead, contribute and evolve the organization's Agile/PMO methodology, rather than simply executing within it
  • Onboard and ramp up new Scrum Masters and new Agile teams as the organization scales
  • Creates and maintains release burn downs, velocity projections and project forecasts for project visibility and to ensure timely decision making within the project

 

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

 

Required:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role
  • Scrum Master certification required
  • Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills 
  • Knowledge and experience of using software development tools such as Jira 
  • Excellent command of English language, both speaking and writing

 

Preferred:

  • PSM certification

 Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors Global Business Services, we believe in rewarding our people fairly, transparently, and equitably for the impact they make.

Our Total Rewards package includes a gross base salary of lei250,800.00 - lei329,200.00 (posting salary range) plus a  18 % target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages: a medical subscription (with dental and vision coverage), life insurance, a monthly budget to spend on flexible benefits, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme and 22 days annual leave with additional days off for vintage and birthday. 

The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as previous experience, skills and internal equity.
