This role provides Subject Matter Expertise for Molson Coors Beverage Company Payroll Processing Entities and takes the lead in coordinating the processes and on maintaining accurate, up to date Standard Operating Procedures documentation for Payroll Processes. It is directly responsible with establishing and performing quality and accuracy checks to ensure payroll correctness and in time processing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensures that Molson Coors Beverage Company Payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and meeting accuracy and quality standards and targets
• Acts as final Payroll processing approver in the HR GBS team
• Acts as main point of contact for payroll processes and procedures for HR Teams and stakeholders
• Drives payroll best practice and optimization for Molson Coors Beverage Company (MCBC), in compliance with the law
• Takes the lead in proposing Payroll process improvements, execute and close any findings from audit reports, root cause analysis of any problems occurring
• Prepares and analyzes Payroll data as required to support the MCBC Reward, Employment Tax and HR Operations teams
• Acts as trainer for new joiners in the payroll area
• Actively participates in payroll impacting projects and conducts analysis on payroll data
SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE
- Presentation skills and advanced English level
- MS Office Applications knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and analytical skills
- Project management skills and attention to detail
- Stakeholder management skills
- HR Payroll experience (min. 1 year)
