Senior HR Business Partner

  • Acts as a single point of contact for internal clients and advertise HR services in the organization.
  • Open vacancies and coordinates JD design/adjustments
  • Identifies key top talents, Know - How holders and helps spread their knowledge across the organization.
  • Uses employees feedback to improve HR procedures, work environment, team mood. Draft HR procedures in line with labour law legislation and GBS people plans
  • Runs cross functional projects aiming to increase productivity, support innovation & develop talent
  • Acts as facilitator in team meetings, difficult conversations
  • Understand development needs and career preferences and coordinates with People Development team Performance Development Plans design & implementation
  • Coordinates with Communication & Corp Affairs team Internal Communication plan to make it understandable to employees
  • Act as employee advocate, leading initiatives to improve the employee experience in the organization and fairness in managerial practices.


Key shared accountabilities

  • Coordinates with Talent Acquisition team staffing external & internal
  • Work with Total Rewards team to ensure MCBC offers a competitive total rewards offering to current and prospective employees.
  • Coordinates with People Development team Performance Development Plans design & implementation


Prior experiences

  • 7+ years of total experience in HR, of which at least 2-3 years of experience as an HR manager
  • Prior experience as an HR generalist
  • Prior experience in Shared Service Centers highly preferred
  • Previous experience providing HR solutions for line managers
  • Graduate degree
