Responsible for supporting all aspects of the Molson Coors organization planning and reporting activities with a focus on leveraging sales analytics to create and update reports for tracking goals and sales performance and by processing insights to help inform sales leadership on potential opportunities to increase market share.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily, weekly & monthly reporting and analysis of sales performance;
  • Creating and amending reports as per the business requirements; issue resolution around reporting related queries;
  • Provides analytical insights by utilizing company systems (BI, BW, SAP, IS). Create and update SOPs/QRGs in scope
  • Collaborate with colleagues (GBS & BU) in order to improve and standardize current processes;
  • Maintains accurate individual measurement and performance statistics.

 

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Very good English language skills both written and spoken;
  • Strong analytical process thinking and reporting skills;
  • Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, in particular) and SAP software
  • Capacity to work under pressure
  • Ability to handle confidential information
