The SQL Database System Administrator will be responsible for an effective and timely Master Data management in SQL for the Molson Coors entities in scope. This includes the development of new audit reports and the update of the existing ones in support of the specific Master Data processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages data and data integrity across systems (SQL, BODS, Python and SAP), ensuring the alignment of data with the business needs
• Development of SQL, BODS, Python databases for a wide variety of applications and business uses
• Development of complex and optimized scripts, changes the way data is stored or structured, or brings data onto a new server that can better meet the needs of the organization
• Runs various SQL, BODS, Python, winbat scripts, on daily, weekly, monthly basis
• Development of quality reports and application audit controls
• Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting on developed databases and applications
• Ensures that requests are handled in a timely manner and followed up regularly and resolves any problem areas of existing data integrity
• Attends various project calls and meetings for scripts applications development
• Constantly seeks out methods to better handle data and increase system efficiency
• Performs root cause analysis and addresses Master Data issues highlighted by the Master Data Validation checks
• Checks and rewrites the audit report documentation according to business needs.

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to translate general needs into technical solutions
• Intermediate Excel
• MD SAP modules understanding
• Oracle SQL- intermediate
• Python-begginer
• Experience in Databricks

At Molson Coors Global Business Services, we believe in rewarding our people fairly, transparently, and equitably for the impact they make.

Our Total Rewards package includes a base salary of lei123,400.00 - lei162,000.00 (posting salary range) plus a  15 % target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages: a medical subscription (with dental and vision coverage), life insurance, a monthly budget to spent on flexible benefits, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme and 22 days annual leave with additional days off for vintage and birthday. 

The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as previous experience, skills and internal equity.
