The IT Project Manager is responsible for managing variety of IT initiatives and projects and to identify and manage risk to meet company goals and objectives.
As part of the job, this individual will collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders around the world, including Business Partners, technical professionals, Project Managers and Management functions, as well as third party vendors, to run IT projects, achieve project objectives, deliver business benefits, ensuring that risks are identified and managed appropriately during project execution and that objectives are achieved within budget & time and with the required quality.
Methodologies used for delivery are waterfall, agile, and hybrid. Knowledge and experience in both Waterfall and Agile will be helpful to success of the projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Run and/or participate in projects and programs as project manager, technical leader or subject matter expert. The projects managed refer to software development and implementation projects & programs and may include infrastructure related components
- Successful leading and completion of assigned projects, ensuring that realistic project, quality and risk plans are prepared and maintained
- Allocate and monitor tasks, motivating the team and appraising individual’s performance on the project
- Monitor and control resource allocation with support from respective resource managers within the project
- Track and manage budgets for the assigned projects and ensure forecast accuracy and annual plan compliance
- Follow change control procedures and monitor project costs against the project budget and facilitate management of expectations of all project stakeholders
SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years experience in Project Management: principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through implementation
- Strong experience in project planning & control: methods & techniques for planning & monitoring project progress (WBS, critical path, earned value, resource analysis, conflict resolution)
- Proficient in project risk management – identification, assessment and management of project risks, which could result in time or cost over-runs, or failure to deliver products which are fit for purpose
- Working knowledge in implementing ERP systems, with focus on SAP S/4HANA projects
- Working experience in MS Suit (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and MS Project
- Working Experience in Microsoft Project Online and OnePlan

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors Global Business Services, we believe in rewarding our people fairly, transparently, and equitably for the impact they make.
Our Total Rewards package includes a gross base salary of lei250,800.00 - lei329,200.00 (posting salary range) plus a 18 % target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages: a medical subscription (with dental and vision coverage), life insurance, a monthly budget to spend on flexible benefits, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme and 22 days annual leave with additional days off for vintage and birthday.
The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as previous experience, skills and internal equity.
