With in-depth expertise on each Procure to Pay functional area, including systems and tools, this role will support the Process Improvement Manager on improvement opportunity identification and on execution of the PTP roadmap (process migrations, IT implementations, process standardization and simplification, operational excellence initiatives).

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Create/update process maps and service catalogues
  • Track the inventory of process documentation available at the tower level and coordinate with GBS managers the regular updates and business reviews and approvals
  • Develop training materials, learning paths, knowledge control mechanisms and methods of capturing, processing, analysing and reporting on the current process and team performance
  • Contribute to improvement of the process control enviroment looking at escalations, issues and audit findings and proposing remediation plans. Act as SPOC for new process implementations/changes
  • Provide guidance in handling complex and/or cross-functional problems and work with other functional areas in resolving escalated complaints or disputes
  • Act as Continuous Improvement champion at the tower level, encouraging teams to identify and log ideas in the Idea Management System, coaching on problem statement and benefit estimation, ensuring idea replication and best practice sharing from one team to another
  • Contribute to technology deployments and tool implementations


SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Strong Procure to Pay knowledge (min. 2 years experience)
  • Experience with SAP & reporting, strong analytical skills and critical thinking capabilities, Excel Intermediate to Advanced 
  • Advanced degree of comfort within performance management frameworks (KPIs identification, root cause analysis, action driving and tracking)
  • Previous exposure to migrations/standardization/implementation projects or tool deployments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills & Advanced English Language (B2 and above)
