Performance Excellence Manager

This role will be the key business partner and single point of contact between GBS and all Business Units serviced by GBS with respect to performance management framework and governance, interaction model BU-GBS, intercompany contracts related to GBS services, BCP management. Additionally, the role will act as key coordination point for various internal GBS initiatives (framework implementations, customer satisfaction surveys, continuous improvement projects)



  • Owns the Performance Management Framework and ensures all metrics definitions, calculation methods and targets are up to date, reconciled with the scope of work  and aligned between GBS and BUs
  • Organizes workshops to address issues encountered by operations and provides recommendations for remediation and improvement
  • Coordinates the Business Continuity Plan across GBS in line with the corporate guidance
  • Is the key coordinating point for the maintenance of the Service Level Agreements contracts
  • Ensures contact and escalation matrixes are up to date and effectively communicated to BUs
  • Coordinates internal GBS programs like Operational Excellence, Incident and issue management or others, on the basis of need
  • Manages the periodic customer satisfaction survey exercise from communication to report-out and action planning coordination
  • Builds and maintains strong partnerships with GBS team and Business Units in order to communicate the metrics results and drive results improvements.


  • Leading a team of 2-3 people directly, facilitating issues resolution not only within team, but also cross functional
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders

  • The Performance Excellence Manager will collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders in Molson Coors GBS to automatize processes, achieve project objectives, deliver business benefits, ensuring that proper solutions are identified and managed appropriately
