This role will be responsible for supporting the GBS with all activities related to performance management through maintenance and enhancement of Performance Excellence Framework which includes KPI administration for all service lines, global KPI governance, dashboards design, target setting cycles, KPI benchmarking and data visualization best practice sharing. 



  • Coordinate the design, development and delivery of useful metrics, dashboards, scorecards, analysis, and data reporting for all GBS service lines 

  • Implement and maintain the Performance Excellence Framework across all functions and BUs serviced by GBS 

  • Supports the operational teams in GBS through the identification of relevant metrics, setting up of calculation methods, maintenance of trackers and analysis against targets. 

  • Develop methodology and coordinate yearly KPI target setting cycles for all service lines; ensure new targets are properly understood and aligned with business requirements 

  • Build new reporting solutions when required 

  • Monitor the data quality of the dashboards reported and ensure data integrity through periodic audits and reconciliations 

  • Coach GBS managers and reporting analysts on appropriate data reporting requirements and best practices on KPI visualization 

  • Build ad-hoc presentations for senior leadership 

  • Coordinate periodic internal and external KPI benchmarking exercises 

  • Coordinate the continuous update and communication of GBS interaction mod




  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with SSC/GBS/BPO/Big4 environment 

  • Advanced degree of comfort within performance management frameworks (KPIs monitoring, root cause analysis, action driving and tracking) 

  • Ability to navigate with multiple requirements, project management 

  • Problem solving and conceptual thinking 

  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking capabilities 

  • Proficiency with MsOffice tools including strong capabilities with Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Highly developed communication, presentation and influencing skills 

  • Ability to coordinate and manage groups without direct reporting lines 

  • Strong in relationship management and interpersonal skills with the ability to transfer knowledge simple and comprehensible
