The Payments Specialist will provide payments support & processing to CA, UK, MCCE & US Corporate entities in line with the payment calendar & running forecast for the weekly and monthly cash payments.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process support for business, including: controlling payments & processing payments, supporting CA business unit in P2P process, following with CA & US Corp stakeholders or internal teams in processing critical activities such as Board of Directors ad-hoc payments, Taxes, Payroll, Contracts, or any recurring payment
  • Following prescribed processes to investigate on a daily basis bank reports for rejected/returned payments, quarterly performs unrecorded liability activity alongside month end close activities for GL account reconciliation in Blackline tool
  • Ensures support to Team Leader with: governance reporting, preparing and delivering presentations and specific analysis, people engagement action plan (in his own area of impact, for example operational training/refresh training)

 

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Finance experience +1.5 years with exposure to an end-to-end process flow
  • SAP payment related experience
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Good English level and communication skills
