The Procure to Pay Operations Manager is responsible with delivering high quality Procure to Pay operations to the Molson Coors entities in their portfolio, by managing a team of Team Leaders Procure to Pay.

 

In this role, he/she drives initiatives at department level to meet the key performance indicators and to continuously improve processes. Moreover, he/she motivates the team members to come up with continuous efficiency ideas, evaluates people’ performance and suggests improvement plans at individual level.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Process responsibilities 

  • Coordinates process standardization. 
  • Delivers as per the performance indicators agreed and escalates to appropriate stakeholders in case improvement plans are needed. 
  • Provides data and reports to help business decisions.

People 

  • Manages and supports the Team Leaders in his/her team so that they deliver the expected results through their teams. 
  • Complies with the Molson Coors human resources policies and practices to retain employees, evaluate performance, motivate and grow talent. 
  • Holds meetings to review individual and team performance with his/her team. 

Stakeholders Management 

  • Constantly builds-up, improve and maintains efficient relationship with business stakeholders in the legal entities supported by their team. 
  • Offers coaching to his team as regards improving and maintaining efficient relationships with business stakeholders. 

Financial Responsibilities 

  • Service delivery within the Procure to Pay budget.  
  • Drives productivity improvement initiatives at team/department level. 

Compliance Responsibilities 

  • Provides all necessary documentation for audit controls/SOX. 
  • Complies to the company’s internal policies. 
  • Respects the internal health and safety rules and regulations, fire protection and environment protection as stipulated by the Romanian law. 

Continuous Improvement responsibilities 

  • Identifies opportunities for process standardization. 
  • Is responsible with reviewing and validating improvement ideas proposed by team members; ensures ideas are implemented at all teams’ level. 

 

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

Required: 

 

  • (+) 4 year prior experience in a team management role 
  • (+3) years experience in finance area 
  • Good Stakeholder and conflict management skills 
  • Good communication and negotiation skills  
  • Interviewing skills 
  • Project Management skills 
  • Change management skills 
  • Continuous improvement mindset 
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • Advanced English level, both written and spoken 
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills 

 

Preferred: 

  • Previous experience in Procure to Pay is a plus 
  • Previous experience in Shared Service Centers is preferred
