The Master Data Operations Manager is responsible with delivering high quality Master Data operations to the Molson Coors entities in their portfolio, by managing a team of Team Leaders Master Data.
In this role, he/she drives initiatives at department level to meet the key performance indicators and to continuously improve processes. Moreover, he/she motivates the team members to come up with continuous efficiency ideas, evaluates people’ performance and suggests improvement plans at individual level.


Process Responsibilities
•    Delivers as per the performance indicators agreed and escalates to appropriate stakeholders in case improvement plans are needed.

•    Presents performance indicators and results in operational meetings; performs trend analysis and implements continuous development and improvement initiatives.

•    Manages and supports the Team Leaders in his/her team so that they deliver the expected results through their teams.
•    Comes up with action plans and guides team members to apply them; sets-up personal development meetings with team members.
•    Is involved in handling difficult situation at team and department level.


Stakeholders Management
•    Constantly builds-up, improve and maintains efficient relationship with business stakeholders in the legal entities supported by their team.
•    Offers coaching to his team as regards improving and maintaining efficient relationships with business stakeholders.

Financial Responsibilities

•    Drives productivity improvement initiatives at team/department level.
•    Identifies opportunities to increase income and reduce costs.


New Technologies Implementation
•    Supports the implementation of new technologies ensuring there is enough capacity in the team both to maintain business as usual and get involved in projects.

Transition Management
•    Coordinates knowledge transfers, being involved in baseline, execution and stabilization.



•    (+) 3 year prior experience in a team management role
•    Good Stakeholder and conflict management skills
•    Good communication and negotiation skills 
•    Change management skills
•    Continuous improvement mindset
•    Advanced English level, both written and spoken
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
•    Team player, able to create good relationships and achieve results as a team.
