The Hire to Retire Data Operations Manager is responsible with delivering high quality Hire to Retire operations to the Molson Coors entities in their portfolio, by managing a team of Team Leaders Hire to Retire.


In this role, he/she drives initiatives at department level to meet the key performance indicators and to continuously improve processes. Moreover, he/she motivates the team members to come up with continuous efficiency ideas, evaluates people’ performance and suggests improvement plans at individual level.

 

 

 

Process Responsibilities
• Coordinates process standardization.
• Delivers as per the performance indicators agreed and escalates to appropriate stakeholders in case improvement plans are needed.
• Provides data and reports to help business decisions.

• Presents performance indicators and results in operational meetings; performs trend analysis and implements continuous development and improvement initiatives.
• Ensures activities at department level are in accordance with the standard operating plans in place and that process controls/quality checks are performed.

People
• Manages and supports the Team Leaders in his/her team so that they deliver the expected results through their teams.

• Complies with the Molson Coors human resources policies and practices to retain employees, evaluate performance, motivate and grow talent.
• Holds meetings to review individual and team performance with his/her team.
• Comes up with action plans and guides team members to apply them; sets-up personal development meetings with team members.
• Is responsible to set-up team meetings to find opportunities for process improvement and for developping team talents.
• Is involved in handling difficult situation at team and department level.

• Is fully responsible with his/her team introducing in time and accurate all information related to salary, holiday, bonuses and other human resources processes, including health and safety.
• Ensures that all team members are aware of the agreed performance indicators for the activities performed.


Stakeholders Management
• Constantly builds-up, improve and maintains efficient relationship with business stakeholders in the legal entities supported by their team.
• Offers coaching to his team as regards improving and maintaining efficient relationships with business stakeholders.


Financial Responsibilities
• Service delivery within the Hire to Retire budget.

• Drives productivity improvement initiatives at team/department level.
• Identifies opportunities to increase income and reduce costs.


Compliance Responsibilities
• Provides all necessary documentation for audit controls/SOX.
• Complies to the company’s internal policies.
• Respects the internal health and safety rules and regulations, fire protection and environment protection as stipulated by the Romanian law.
• Is responsible with data privacy as per the internal regulations.
• Informs his/her direct Manager about any action or conduct that is not compliant with the internal regulations.
• Is responsible with using the company’s resources with work related purposes only and in the company’s benefit.
• Treats everyone with respect, be ethical, lawful and trustworthy; builds trust based relationships with  Stakeholder, irrespective of their hierarchical level or Business Unit.

• Respects and promotes the image of the company and the code of conduct.
• Is responsible with using the company’s tools and equipment in the right manner.
• Is responsible with respecting the Travel and Expense Policy in place at company level.

 

New Technologies Implementation
• Monitors the system implementation projects as per the company’s policies.
• Supports the implementation of new technologies ensuring there is enough capacity in the team both to maintain business as usual and get involved in projects.


Continuous Improvement responsibilities
• Identifies opportunities for process standardization.
• Is responsible with reviewing and validating improvement ideas proposed by team members; ensures ideas are implemented at all teams’ level.


Transition Management
• Coordinates knowledge transfers, being involved in baseline, execution and stabilization.

 

Skills & Relevant Work Experience:

Required:

  • (+) 4 year prior experience in a team management role
  • (+) 3 years prior experience in human resources
  • Good Stakeholder and conflict management skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Interviewing skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Change management skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Advanced English level, both written and spoken
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Team player, able to create good relationships and achieve results as a team


Preferred:

  •  Previous experience in Hire to Retire is a plus
  •  Previous experience in Shared Service Centers is preferred
