The Manager ServiceNow Support is part of our global IT Operations team leading the ServiceNow support team.   

The role leads and participates in design, configuration/development, testing, implementation, and support of ServiceNow solutions and mentors team members.

 

Given the fact that this role is part of a global team, the work schedule will be between 11:30 – 20:00

 

Your day-to-day will include:

 

  • Managing the team, adhering to HR practices for time reporting, people retention, performance assessment, motivation, and talent development
  • Leading and participating in developing solutions, building roadmaps, software development and configuration, collaborating with ITIL process owners and IT management through the lifecycle including analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation
  • Managing evaluation of software processes, identifies, proposes, and initiates software process improvement activities devising solutions and continuous improvement of standards
  • Analyzing end states goals, software/system requirements and implications/impacts to determine solution options and feasibility of solution development within time and cost constraints

 

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Significant ServiceNow development experience (design, development, implementing ServiceNow solutions) - 3 years
  • ServiceNow System Administration Certification and ServiceNow Advanced System Administration Certification
  • Good understanding of ITIL Foundations
  • Key role in designing and delivering a project (building roadmaps)
  • Responsible for the support of a solution
  • Team management experience: 2 years
  • Innovative thinking

Preferred:

  • Experience in working with 3rd Party Service Providers
