Key Responsabilities:

Delivering solutions orientated, commercial and timely advice to key stakeholders to the GBS teams, by: 

  •       negotiating and drafting agreements
  •       negotiating and drafting multi-jurisdictional procurement with suppliers, services agreements, any other type of agreements as per the need
  •       providing ad hoc advice to stakeholders
  •       building effective business partnering relationships
  •      supporting on complex transactions and projects
  •      developing and maintaining a broad grasp of legal issues in all areas covered by role


Support, maintain (and where appropriate develop) effective processes for:


  •   the review and approval of materials and contracts
  •   the review, approval, execution and archiving of agreements
  •   the  development of the Retention Policy and Process
  •   GDPR and compliance rules internal application under the guidance of Ethics and Compliance European Director
  •   assist Director of Legal in improving, maintaining and monitoring contract compliance levels within the function

Assists in delivering legal and compliance: 

  •    assisting with preparation of training materials
  •    managing compliance obligations in relation to new customers and suppliers
  •   assisting Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs Romania with the delivery of face to face and electronic training including ABAC, money laundering, data protection, competition etc
  • Supports (and where appropriate takes the lead in) the implementation of specific tools (e.g., risk matrixes and guidelines), documents (e.g., template agreements and clauses) and training to support the teams. Focus on continual improvement to ensure templates remain fit for purpose, consistent with best practices and enables Molson Coors to do business effectively.
  • Support the Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs Romania with the effective and cost effective management of external resource

    Partner in legal projects at group level  




  • No less than three (3) to four (4) years experience in legal areas.
  • Commercial contracts experience.  Commercial acumen, strong communication skills. Energetic, passionate and positive; able to thrive in fast-paced environment. Acquire and maintain business knowledge to contribute to strategy.
  • Team player, diplomatic and adept in dealing with energetic and demanding clients within tight timelines.  
  • Creative, problem-solver. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, advocacy skills, and legal research skills and management skills. Ability to work well in different cultures.  The ability to operate and influence effectively across different cultures demonstrating flexibility of style and communication skills.


  • Solid training and experience in reputable law firm, plus some in house experience. Sales, marketing and competition law experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, advocacy skills, legal research skills and management skills.   
  • Goal oriented, flexible and able to re-prioritise as demands change.
  • Proficient in word processing, powerpoint, internet research.  Foreign language skills and ability to travel at short notice.
