Provides support service related to HR Systems and interfaces; ensures reporting activities, performs local process as per internal procedures, solves interface problems and maintains process documentation. 


Key Responsabilities:


  • Provides HR systems reports to support HR Services Centre and business processes.
  • Prepare key monthly reports to support key decision making;
  • Gather and upload data related to forecasts into business systems and checking to ensure accuracy of uploaded data.
  • Develop dashboards models in order to provide variance analysis vs budget, previous forecasts and prior year.
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses as required by the business stakeholders or finance controller.
  • Guide the stakeholders to understand and help them achieve their KPIs and SLAs.
  • Set up clear controls and shared data and check up evidencies to ensure data accuracy.
  • Creating analytics and reporting procedures
  • Works with and manage stakeholders to identify information needs and expectations, with the purpose to solve the requests related to HRIS activity.
  • Consolidates reporting in order to meet business requirements in the most time and resource-effective manner, advocating our business process and principles. Utilizes internal tools to provide monthly HR Service Level Agreement reporting packs and proposes improvement idea arising from this data.  
  • Acts as main point of contact for Human Resources Informatic Systems (HRIS) processes and procedures for HR Teams and stakeholders and, if applicable, as a next level of expertise and support for HR Admin role.
  • Supports the both Business Unit and GBS Teams with any reporting and analysis needed on issues, quality check, workload allocation etc.
  • If applicable, acts as a backup for the Team Leader on the operational areas whenever required.
  • Ensures monitoring, troubleshooting and problem solving relating to systems replication and interfaces, using, as applicable the systems from his area of responsibility (such as: People Central, SAP, Dayforce).   
  • Supports the maintenance and updates of Quick Reference Guide/Standard Operating Procedures documentation. 
  • Acts as a trainer for new joiners in the HRIS area.
  • Uses appropriate platforms to support HR process incident management, eg. Service Management 9, Dayforce.
  • Takes the lead in proposing process improvements, execute and close any findings from audit reports, performs the root cause analysis of any HRIS situation occurring.


Skills & Relevant Work Experience



  • Minimum 3 years previous work experience in a role involving HR systems support or administrating or troubleshooting
  • Excel knowledge (reporting) – advanced
  • Previous experience with HR SAP reporting – minimum 1 year
  • Very good attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of English language


Preferred (represents an advantage):


  • Previous work experience in a Global Business Services – minimum 6 months
  • Previous experience with reporting tools – minimum 6 months
  • Experience of ServiceNow platform for HR Services and other business productivity / reporting tools
  • Good knowledge and experience of Success Factors reporting
