This role provides Subject Matter Expertise for Molson Coors Beverage Company Payroll Processing Entities and takes the lead in coordinating the processes and on maintaining accurate, up to date Standard Operating Procedures documentation for Payroll Processes.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Ensures that Molson Coors Beverage Company Payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and meeting accuracy and quality standards and targets;
• Acts as final Payroll processing approver in the HR GBS team;
• Acts as main point of contact for payroll processes and procedures for HR Teams and stakeholders;
• Prepares and analyzes Payroll data as required to support the MCBC Reward, Employment Tax and HR Operations teams;
• Acts as a liaison for other departments in Molson Coors Global Business Services for the matters related to payroll.

Skills and relevant work experience: 

Required:

• At least 2 years relevant HR experience;
• Very good stakeholder management skills;
• Good MS Office Knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint);
• English language: B2 level.

Preferred:

• At least 1 year dedicated previous experience in HR payroll; 
• One-year previous experience in a shared service center or similar industry;
• Experience in HR systems and platforms, including SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and SAP.

Our Total Rewards package includes a gross base salary of lei103,300.00 - lei135,600.00 (posting salary range) plus a  12 % target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages: a medical subscription (with dental and vision coverage), life insurance, a monthly budget to spend on flexible benefits, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme and 22 days annual leave with additional days off for vintage and birthday. 

The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as previous experience, skills and internal equity.
