The role of the Financial Analyst within RTR is to provide management reporting and transaction support to the MCBC business entities. The role will play a key supporting role in helping the entities’ finance teams deliver a timely financial close, financial forecasting and decision support to the commercial and supply chain functions.    

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform month end closing activities including financial & management reports: profitability, volume reporting, cash flow
• Prepares key monthly reports to support commercial decision making 
• Provides data analytics and transactional support to the Finance Business Areas 
• Provides variance analysis vs. budget, flex budget, previous forecasts and prior year.
• Perform financial forecasting and budgeting to support business planning and decision-making processes

Skills and relevant work experience:

Required:

• (+2) years prior experience in accounting
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good MS Office knowledge (including intermediate knowledge of excel)
• SAP experience
• Advanced English level

Preferred:

• Good time management and prioritization skills
• Continuous improvement mindset

Our Total Rewards package includes a gross base salary of lei123,400.00 - lei162,000.00 (posting salary range) plus a  15 % target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages: a medical subscription (with dental and vision coverage), life insurance, a monthly budget to spend on flexible benefits, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme and 22 days annual leave with additional days off for vintage and birthday. 

The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as previous experience, skills and internal equity.
