We deliver centralized operations to our Molson Coors Business Units across the Globe in Finance, Master Data, Commercial, HR and IT Business Services. Our impressive brands portfolio across the world includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen and Bergenbier.

This role will build and implement  software applications together with project manager around the Globe to respond to the needs of the company. The role is responsible for providing deliverables according to different specifications and project timelines.

The Salesforce Developer role has responsibility for working with third party service providers to co-create Project Deliverables within time, budget, quality and scope.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing solutions, actively engaged in Software development & configuration, under the technical direction of IT management taking a product through the entire lifecycle of analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation. Collaborating with other software developers, business analysts, architects and IT professionals to implement solutions
• Develop all aspects of an application design – coding for security, encryption, error logging, debugging, scalability and performance, plus creation of development environment configuration, and application testing.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of solution development within time and cost constraints, analyzing complex systems requirements and preparing design documentation.
• Perform unit and system level testing on developed software applications to ensure performance, scalability, coding, caching, security, encryption, session state management, and error logging and testing.
• Assist with deployment, provisioning & support activities, write and maintain technical documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections, troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing software.

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• 2+ year experience with software/application development (Salesforce)
• General knowledge of project management, Waterfall, Agile & DevOps concepts & principles
• College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Working experience in development and configuration of Salesforce applications (Consumer Goods Cloud; Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Working experience with Git
• Good command of English language

Preferred:

• Salesforce mobile capability

At Molson Coors Global Business Services, we believe in rewarding our people fairly, transparently, and equitably for the impact they make.

Our Total Rewards package includes a gross base salary of lei175,700.00 - lei230,600.00 (posting salary range) plus a  15 % target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages: a medical subscription (with dental and vision coverage), life insurance, a monthly budget to spend on flexible benefits, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme and 22 days annual leave with additional days off for vintage and birthday. 

The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as previous experience, skills and internal equity.
