The Data & Analytics Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining data and analytics solutions that support reporting, insights, and data-driven decision making.
The role collaborates closely with Data Engineers, Data DevOps Engineers, and business stakeholders to build reliable, scalable, and well-structured data models, ingestion pipelines, and analytics assets across development, test, and production environments.
The Data & Analytics Developer analyzes requirements, builds data transformations, and implements analytics solutions using standard development tools, delivery assets, and engineering best practices.
Fixed-term contract (1 year)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, deploy, test, and operationally support production data ingestion and transformation pipelines to address business requirements, using tools such as Python, SQL, Databricks, Git, and any new technologies that may emerge.
- Develop optimized database queries and pipeline logic to support reliable and efficient data processing
- Apply engineering best practices, including version control, testing, documentation, peer reviews, and alignment with defined DevOps and DataOps processes.
- Develop knowledge of designated data engineering and analytics tools through hands-on delivery, training, networking, and participation in user groups.
SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role building, testing, and deploying production data solutions in the Data & Analytics space, with very good knowledge and usage of SQL, Python, and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines and analytical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and analytical query optimization
- Ability to follow development standards, testing practices, documentation guidelines, and lifecycle controls throughout solution delivery.
- Very good command of English language

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors Global Business Services, we believe in rewarding our people fairly, transparently, and equitably for the impact they make.
Our Total Rewards package includes a gross base salary of lei175,700.00 - lei230,600.00 (posting salary range) plus a 15 % target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages: a medical subscription (with dental and vision coverage), life insurance, a monthly budget to spend on flexible benefits, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme and 22 days annual leave with additional days off for vintage and birthday.
The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as previous experience, skills and internal equity.
