The Customer Master Data Analyst is responsible for the customer master data processes for the Molson Coors entities in scope. This includes documents verification, financial check-up, sets up and maintenance of all customers within the agreed SLAs and according to the company’s policies. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for customer master data management: initiates, sets up and maintains data of all customers. Provides reporting-related work on customer master data 
  • Ensures that all data is accurate in the local system and other databases/systems used 
  • Assists and provides the necessary data (including documents, email, information) required for controls and audits 
  • Works with various internal customers in a collaborative manner to effectively and efficiently support credit and sales teams 
  • Supports the Team Leader and Process Expert to continuously improve services and data integrity 
  • Creates and updates the SOPs/Process Maps in scope 

 

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in Customer Master Data is a plus 
  • Good analytical skills and attention to details 
  • Good Excel knowledge; knowledge of SAP is a plus 
  • Capacity to work under pressure and to respect deadlines 
  • Affinity with data and understanding of the importance of data quality management
