Continuous Improvement Analyst

This role supports the lead of the global GBS Continuous Improvement team in the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple geographies and functions.



  • Identify automation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility of automation 

  • Develop and maintain automation tools for identified opportunities, by using IT applications (VBA/Macros, SAP scripting, web scrapping, Office360, etc); 

  • Support the business with regular analysis of data and reporting of Continuous Improvement pipeline (IMS) 

  • Enhance functionalities of Idea Management System to meet business requirements 

  • Create training materials, demos and case studies for automation case studies 

  • Ensures that automations developed are properly documented and compliant with MCBC IT Security requirements 

  • Participate in workshops, kaizen events, meetings and offers specialized support on specific process challenges 



  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in shared service operations or process consultancy 

  •  Minimum 1-3 years of experience in working as business analyst or developer for an RPA or Automation Program 

  • Ability to understand a business process based on a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined, and structured approach to documentation and procedures 

  • Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and Lean solutions 

  • Proficiency with Macros and VBA 

  • Experience using PowerBi and/or Tableau 

  • Functional knowledge of ERP modules and functionalities (SAP preferred) 

  • Advanced Office365 knowledge (Power Apps, SharePoint, PowerBI,etc) 

  • Confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences
