Continuous Improvement Project Manager

This role supports the lead of the GBS CI team in the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple geographies and functions.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports the delivery of the Continuous Improvement framework and integration between GBS centers, global structures and serviced Business Units.
  • Manages the GBS Continuous Improvement projects assigned, ensuring appropriate reporting mechanisms are followed.   
  • Delivers against the change & communication plan coming out of the implemented initiatives/projects, ensuring that identified stakeholders have the appropriate understanding and buy-in.
  • Supports in-house training on Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies and guides employees through the delivery of Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Identifies and delivers service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking.

 

SKILLS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Required:

  • At least 2 years in Continuous Improvement project management within BPO/SSC (Minimum accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt) 
  • Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts and tools (Lean Six Sigma/Office365/BI/VBA/RPA)
  • Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement projects and rapid automation solutions
  • Ability to set-up, facilitate and lead service improvement workshops with a range of business stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of senior managers and subject matter experts
  • Project management, change management and presentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Project Management certification (Agile / PMP / PRINCE2)
