Sr. Graphic Production Designer will be responsible for creation and execution of a wide range of graphic production assets that include retail, on-premises, corporate communications, point of sale, out of home, digital, ecommerce, brand related and other sales materials. Expertise in understanding and implementing regulatory requirements will be crucial as well as maintaining brand's standards and integrity for the Molson Coors portfolio; Reposable to review and verify artwork files produced for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and regulatory guidelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively participate to the design and development of retail and point-of-sale materials, including displays, signage, promotional materials, and packaging collateral
- Responsible for understanding brand worlds, brand tone, brand guidelines and brand voice for the Molson Coors portfolio of brands
- Ensure that all artwork complies with industry-specific and regional specific requirements and regulations
- Review and verify artwork files for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and regulatory guidelines
- Keep up to date on changes in regulations and guidelines related to marketing artwork and communicate updates to the rest of the team
- Troubleshoot any problems with the design team and follow development timelines to ensure projects are completed on time
- Partner with wider Molson Coors Studio Services Team to refine design specifications and collaborating with designers, to define, update, and maintain Marketing Production team processes
- Provide improvement recommendations for Marketing Production process and execution
- Provide training and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment
SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:
- +2 years proven experience in graphic design
- Good ability to manage multiple projects, multitask and prioritize, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Agile and work with a strong sense of urgency;
- Independently solves complex design challenges, anticipates and prevents issues
- Highly Skill in Adobe Creative Cloud suite of apps
- Understanding of pre-press and printing processes is required to help success in this role
- Outstanding attention to details
- Very good stakeholder management skills
- Advanced English
- Experience with 3D/rendering software is a plus
- Experience with Adobe Workfront is a plus

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors Global Business Services, we believe in rewarding our people fairly, transparently, and equitably for the impact they make.
Our Total Rewards package includes a base salary of lei147,400.00 - lei193,500.00 (posting salary range) plus a 15 % target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages: a medical subscription (with dental and vision coverage), life insurance, a monthly budget to spend on flexible benefits, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme and 22 days annual leave with additional days off for vintage and birthday.
The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as previous experience, skills and internal equity.
