The Sourcing Procurement Specialist (NA) is responsible for providing an assigned level of support to the NA procurement function and/or key stakeholders. Key roles that will be assigned could include but are not limited to; handling the transaction components of the procurement processes; KPI reporting, commodity insights, spend data overview, vendor master, master data, Ariba catalogue build, contract administration, e-sourcing, tech implementation/training and low value sourcing.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Support and implement procurement processes, tools, and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the NA procurement function. Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and manage related compliance and governance projects
  • Handle transactional procurement components such as KPI reporting, commodity insights, and contract administration (including approvals, renewals, and documentation compliance). Support the implementation and training of procurement technologies and e-sourcing platforms
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide training on procurement policies and tools to ensure compliance and adoption. Evaluate supplier performance using scorecards and feedback mechanisms. Coordinate supplier onboarding (via portal, if applicable), manage risk assessments, and implement frameworks to ensure supplier compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor procurement performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and ensure accurate and timely reporting. Analyze spend data, supplier performance, and market trends to generate actionable insights that support procurement strategy and decision-making.

 

SKILLS AND RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Procurement, sourcing or contract management experience & knowledge
  • Data analytics (Excel skills) with experience in procurement analytics
  • Sourcing tools and procurement softwares (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Globality)
  • English proficiency (B2–C1)
  • Communication & stakeholder management
  • Presentation skills
  • Experience managing low value and tail-spend sourcing activities, including cycle negociations and supplier selection - preferred
